LHP are looking to appoint a contractor to provide an out of hours staffed responder service. As part of this contract, the appointed contractor shall be undertaking wellbeing visits to older and vulnerable customers. Wellbeing visits could cover a variety of situations where the responder would be required to provide assistance and reassurance, including non-injury falls recovery and immediate personal care needs where appropriate. As part of their tender submission tenderers will be expected to detail their experience in doing this type of work. Further information around the particulars of this contract are detailed within the tender documents. It must be noted that there are no 'Lots' available for bidding as part of this ITT. The contractor must be able to demonstrate that they are able to undertake all duties required under this agreement. This contract shall be appointed for an initial 3 year period, with an option to extend for a further 2 years subject to the agreement of the client. LHP are looking for a learning management system which supports our agile working model and can grow with LHP as we continue our digital change. We require a system which can be used on desktop, tablet, and phones allowing all employees access which suits their work. Approximately 40% of LHP employees do not have access to a laptop. The system should also allow for the completion of face to face training to be recorded on individuals profiles which will give us a complete training record for all. Regular automated reports are also a requirement as the social housing sector is heavily compliant. We also require the ability to create our own bespoke training specific for our organisation which can be on the platform alongside standard training modules. Lincolnshire Housing Partnership has a number of Sheltered Schemes which provides communal laundry facilities for the tenants who live there. As part of this tender there are 14 sites located over Grimsby/Immingham in North East Lincolnshire with 21 driers and 25 washing machines and a further 8 sites located in the Boston area of Lincolnshire with a total of 17 driers and 18 washing machines. We are seeking a contractor who can service and maintain the laundry equipment on a quarterly basis as well as provide a responsive repairs service for any additional ad-hoc call-outs needed through the term of the contract in line with our Key Performance Indicators. The term of the contract will be a fixed price 3-year contract with the option to extend for a further 36 months in 12 month increments which covers all the existing communal laundry equipment across all locations.
