Description

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) is a greater Lincolnshire based housing association created in April 2018. LHP is a charity regulated as a Community Benefit Society and a not-for-profit housing provider regulated by the Regulator for Social Housing. Within our portfolio of properties, we currently have 12 commercial properties in the Grimsby and Cleethorpes area, and LHP wishes to appoint a Managing Agent to undertake the management of these properties. This role will include the collection of rent and all charges with these being paid to LHP, and the management of each property.
