This opportunity is for the procurement of a Strategic Delivery Partner (SDP) for London Metropolitan University

The Strategic Delivery Partner will support the Soft Landings process and activities in relation to the delivery of the Capital Projects Programme, with any new built or refurbished facility conceived, designed, built, and handed over to its FM services function with the needs of users and operators at the heart of the process from the outset, with the management of the asset considered throughout its life cycle (including the design development and build stages).
To this end, the Strategic Delivery Partner will provide a range of professional services aimed at improving the outcomes of the capital programme. For example, the provision of practical buildability advice during the design stages to improve build quality, build cost and build programme, and provision of operational design reviews to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and FM once the asset is built.

This tender was in relation to the appointment of a delivery partner for the provision of Access Control and CCTV, and set out the functional, technical, and operational requirements for an access control system that will support the University's evolving needs, ensuring a safe, digitally integrated, and future-proof security solution.

Essentials 25 is a support package for the Microsoft Dynamics 365
Customer Relationship Management system. It provides 25
tickets a year allowing London Met to raise requests for help or
requests for small changes to the CRM. This support is essential
as London Met do not have the necessary expertise regarding the
technical arrangements for the CRM to be able to resolve issues,
modify software or update software packages within the
platform.
All usage of Azure servers in place of physical servers.
This is to receive preferential service charges for all virtual
services based on Azure platform.
This would include Azure Virtual Desktops / EDP / EDI / CRM
and various storage areas for courses / projects and backups &
archives.
Student Recruitment Services in Sub Saharan Africa
The successful supplier will aim to deliver student recruitment and conversion services for prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students from Sub-Saharan Africa. This includes managing enquiries, applications, offers, and acceptances, while ensuring compliance and performance of London Met's agent network in the region.
The supplier shall provide a comprehensive Enquiry
Management Service to support students who experience
issues or require assistance related to hardware, mobile
services, or associated logistics. This service must be
designed to ensure a responsive, accessible, and student friendly experience.
