The exact scope of the framework may be subject to change following the pre-tender market engagement carried out by LHC but services that are currently envisaged to be included within this future framework are as follows: - Fire Safety Consultancy - Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Safety Inspections - Installation of Passive Fire Protection - Installation of Active Fire Protection - Active Fire Protection Testing, Servicing and Maintenance - Installation of Fire Suppression Systems - Fire Suppression Systems Servicing and Maintenance - Cladding Remedials and Replacement - Waking Watch Services

The Refurbishment and Associated Retrofit Works Framework (working title) will be the successor to LHC's successful Whole House Framework (WH2). The new framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of refurbishment and associated retrofit and improvement works. This opportunity has been listed on behalf of LHC and our regional entities: Consortium Procurement Construction (CPC) LHC London and South East (LSE) Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) South-West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) The full scope of this framework will be defined following engagement with clients and interested parties as part of LHC's market engagement activities, however it is anticipated this framework will allow for works to be carried out in both residential and non-residential buildings including: Kitchen & Bathroom Replacements and Associated Works Electrical Works Painting and Decorating External Works Multi-Disciplinary Works LHC will be carrying out a series of pre-tender engagement events both online and in person. The exact scope of the framework may be subject to change following the pre-tender market engagement carried out by LHC but services that are currently envisaged to be included within this future framework are as follows: - Asbestos Consultancy, Surveys and Removal - Fire Safety Systems Servicing, Maintenance and Consultancy - Vacant Property Protection and Associated Services - Water Testing, Treatment and Management - Gas Appliances and Equipment Servicing and Maintenance - Passenger Lifts and Lifting Equipment Testing and Maintenance - Lightning and Fall Protection Equipement Testing and Maintenance - HVAC Equipment Servicing and Maintenance - Electrical Safety Testing - Radon Gas Testing and Remedial Services The framework will seek to replace our existing Asbestos Services (AS2), Fire Safety (FS1) and Vacant Properties (V7) frameworks, whilst incorporating additional services. This notice seeks to provide early notice of the market engagement and subsequent procurement activities LHC intend to carry out during 2023 in relation to the establishment of new frameworks. PLEASE SEE SECTION II2.4 FOR MORE DETAILS AND TIMESCALES FOR EACH PROJECT LISTED IN THIS SHORT DESCRIPTION SECTION PLEASE SEE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SECTION FOR THE LINK TO EXPRESS EARLY INTEREST IN ANY PROJECT LISTED ASSET SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK This framework will provide clients with a range of asset safety consultancy, testing/inspection, servicing, and maintenance services to ensure the safety of their properties. The tender will be released for bid applications at the end of January 2023 and it is anticipated the new framework will be live in summer 2023. REFURBISHMENT AND ASSOCIATED RETROFIT WORKS FRAMEWORK (WORKING TITLE) This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of refurbishment, associated retrofit, and improvement works. Early market engagement is expected to take place during February and March 2023, with an anticipated tender release late spring / summer 2023 ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND DECARBONISATION FRAMEWORK (WORKING TITLE) This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of energy efficiency and decarbonisation works helping them with their journey to achieving net carbon zero and improving the ratings of their stock. Early market engagement is expected to take place during summer 2023, with an anticipated tender release autumn 2023. FIRE SAFETY FRAMEWORK (WORKING TITLE) This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of fire safety related consultancy, installation, replacement, and servicing requirements. Early market engagement is expected to take place during spring 2023, with an anticipated tender release summer 2023. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ALUMINIUM WINDOWS AND DOORS FRAMEWORK This framework will be designed to support clients with the design, supply and installation of aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling for all types of public sector refurbishment and new build projects. Early market engagement is expected to take place during summer / autumn 2023, with an anticipated tender release winter 2023.
