Housing 21, is a leading, not-for-profit provider of Retirement Living and Extra Care for older people of modest means and is seeking a supplier to support its digital emergency call system installation plan. This upgrade aims to replace existing analogue systems, ensuring faster and more reliable communication for residents in emergency situations. The new digital system is expected to enhance resident safety and well-being, as well as offering additional features beyond basic call functionality.

Housing 21 is planning a future procurement to support its installation for kitchen and shower rooms across resident homes. The selected procurement procedure is subject to change subject to planning.

Housing 21 has committed to offer a bespoke design led makeover solution to our communal spaces within all of our retirement and extra care properties. Our interior designers create individual designs for the spaces incorporating leisure and social requirements for our residents whilst ensuring we are dementia friendly. This covers reception areas, restaurants, lounges, guest bedrooms and other amenities such as shops, bathing, hairdressing rooms and activity space.
