Description

Housing 21 is a leading, not for profit provider of Retirement Housing and Extra Care for older people of modest means. We operate in nearly 200 local authority areas, managing around 20,000 Retirement and Extra Care Living properties and providing over 42,000 hours of social care each week. Housing 21 is interested in hearing from local 'accredited caterers' who may be interested in frequenting our small on-site Kitchens for a 'pepper corn rent, at any one or more than one of the following locations. The primary reason is to provide residents with quality meals for residents, but Court sites may also hold 'commercial opportunity' of interest. 1. Brentford - TW8 OBN 2. Buxton - SK17 7BR 3.
