Hanover intends to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of repairs, maintenance, and void property services across its property portfolio in Scotland. The Framework will cover a wide geographic area, including urban, rural, and remote locations across Scotland. We recognise that some suppliers may not be able to offer the full suite of trades required. Therefore, the Framework will be designed to allow participation from full range multi-trade, partial range multi-trade and single-trade companies. The intention is to deliver comprehensive and resilient service coverage and encourage broad market participation. This PIN is issued to inform the market of our intentions and to encourage engagement from organisations of all sizes and capabilities. On that note, a series of market engagement sessions will be held in Edinburgh, Elgin and Glasgow in mid November 2025. Details to follow. Hanover (Scotland) are proposing a renewed Grounds Maintenance contract for all their developments across Scotland. The proposed contract will be split over multiple lots and will include (but not limited to): Regular grass cutting, garden bed maintenance, shrub/hedge maintenance, Tree Surveys and maintenance, litter picking and debris clearance. The developments covered are all different and may have existing features such as large/small grassed areas, raised planters, woodland and wild areas, hard standing areas. The overall lots are split between 3 Regions within Hanover and are managed by each Regional Area Manager.

Hanover (Scotland) is seeking a Warden Call and Telecare Services solution for its portfolio of homes across Scotland. This solution will deliver periodic testing, routine maintenance and repairs including a 24/7 / 365 days response capability for the restoration of critical services and a customer request service for fault reporting and resolution. To enable this, integration with existing Warden Call, Telecare and other Hanover systems will be required.
