HPC's aspiration is to establish a sports pavilion which will be of sufficient size and space to promote best use of the adjacent playing fields; this would comprise the provision of both changing facilities and a social pavilion together with all associated infrastructure on the defined site. The associated infrastructure is to include appropriate ground works and services to allow a separate Shed facility to be situated close to the pavilion.
Submissions are to be made to the Clerk to the Council, Hook Parish Council, Hook Community Centre, Ravenscroft, Hook, Hampshire, RG27 9NN or by e-mail to clerk@hook.gov.uk. Supply of temporary self-contained changing facilities
Hook Parish Council will be building a sports pavilion, to service sports pitches (main use rugby). Before and during the build project, the Council would like to facilitate use of the pitches and wants to hire temporary changing facilities.
The changing facility needs to be self powered, as services (electric/water/drainage) to the site where the pavilion is to be built are not currently in place. The changing facility needs to comprise x2 changing rooms (for home and away teams), a small officials changing area, toilets and x2 showers.
It is envisaged the facilities will be required from mid-September 2023 for a period of 12 months. This may need to be extended depending on progress of the build project.
The location for the facilities is hard standing so siting should cause no issues. There are no overhead obstructions. A location map is attached.
The tender will need to include hire costs, delivery charges and the cost of a service contract (to empty waste etc.)
Quotes should be sent to:
