This Qualification System will cover hydrogen services required across GNI including Safety, Technical, Commercial, Regulatory, Economic, Strategy etc. The proposed duration of this Qualification System is eight years, commencing in Q2 2023 and ending Q1 2031. Gas Networks Ireland is seeking responses to this Request for Expressions of Interest and Information. Stage 1 - Request for Expressions of Interest and Information This stage is the initial market sounding stage. Gas Networks Ireland are now inviting responses from interested parties who wish to have the opportunity to present solutions to Gas Networks Ireland for the provision of Hydrogen Consultancy Services Stage 2 - Engagement Sessions Following a review of submissions, Gas Networks Ireland may invite individual selected respondents to attend sessions where Gas Networks Ireland will define further its requirement and further explore the respondent's submission.

Please note that a PIN/RFI was previously advertised on eTenders under ref. number 22/010. The overall objective of this RFI is to inform GNI on the availability of: a) Pay As You Go (PAYG) Metering System on the Gas Networks Ireland Network. This validation of potential solution options will inform GNI's roadmap for the delivery of these services in the near future. In line with existing regulatory requirements, GNI would like to consider the following option: 1. PAYG Meter Population (No Subsequent Expansion to Credit Meter Population) - PAYG Meter Population (No Subsequent Expansion to Credit Meter Population) - all PAYG meters (and the existing PAYG back-office system) to be replaced / upgraded with multi-channel vending capabilities. Credit metering population is not in scope - no requirement to make provision for future expansion to credit meter population. In this regard, Gas Networks Ireland is seeking responses to this Request for Expressions of Interest and Information.

Title: 23/048 ­ Provision of Telecoms Equpment for Co­Location of Cabin Supply Description: The requirement is for the design, manufacture, supply and installation of multiple telecoms equipment, colocation cabins of approximate size 9m x 3m x 3m. The scope includes but not limited to; The contract is required for Aurora Telecom to procure telecommunication equipment buildings (co­location facilities) and ancillary equipment for its national co­location facilities and the expansion of the Aurora network. These facilities allow amplification and retransmission of signals, similar to an above­ground installation (AGI) for gas transmission. The FWA will ensure that the purchasing of the buildings and ancillary equipment is compliant with public procurement law and suppliers' equipment is fully approved to Aurora's specification and requirements. Each co­location Site requires a building into which Aurora and our customers install telecommunication equipment. These buildings are approximately 9m by 3m and require ancillary equipment to function (e.g., air conditioning units)

24/006 ­ Provision of Network Services & Works Description: Gas Networks Ireland (GNI) are planning to deliver a national Network Services and Works contracts which will be divided into two (2) separate Lots, with each Lot awarded separately. Lot 1 - Distribution Network Services, Works and Operations Contract Lot 2 - Transmission Network Services, Works and Operations Contract Lot 1 - Distribution Network Services, Works and Operations Contract: It is envisaged that the scope will include, but may not be limited to, the provision of all required services and works associated with the following: • Distribution Networks PE Services Mains & Services Installation & alteration Excavation & Reinstatement • Steel Manufacture Low & Medium pressure skids Meter Protection Steel mains & services • Distribution Networks Emergency Response & Services • Distribution Networks Leak Maintenance & Repair Service relays, cut­offs & reconnection. Valve Maintenance & repair General distribution maintenance activities • Distribution Networks Leak Survey Services • Distribution Networks Metering Services Domestic, industrial & commercial meter installation & exchange & ancillary pipework Meter box repair & battery exchange Metallic pipework renewal • Distribution Networks Meter Reading Services Biomethane/Hydrogen Connections and associated civil works. • Any other ancillary works associated with the above. General civils & excavation Steel pipeline laying & fixing & associated works • Biomethane/Hydrogen connections and associated civil works. The scope may also include the supply of materials or other such ancillary services or works to support the successful delivery of the projects. This PIN notice and associated Expression of Interest will give Contractors an opportunity to provide information to GNI on their capabilities, expertise and knowledge which in turn will allow GNI to develop the Contract in an informed manner.

The provision of The Engineering Design Services Framework is envisaged to have six (6) lots. Each lot is descripted in the RFI document, these are the lots and scope which GNI and GNI trading as Aurora Telecom is currently planning to tender for services in the Republic of Ireland.

GNI intends to run a competitive procurement process for the provision of Front-end Engineering Design (FEED), Client Engineer, and Engineering Peer Review services for the Strategic Emergency Gas Reserve Please refer to the RFI document for further information.
