23/043 - Request for Expressions of Interest and Information - for the Provision of Pay As You Go (PAYG) Metering System

Please note that a PIN/RFI was previously advertised on eTenders under ref. number 22/010. The overall objective of this RFI is to inform GNI on the availability of: a) Pay As You Go (PAYG) Metering System on the Gas Networks Ireland Network. This validation of potential solution options will inform GNI's roadmap for the delivery of these services in the near future. In line with existing regulatory requirements, GNI would like to consider the following option: 1. PAYG Meter Population (No Subsequent Expansion to Credit Meter Population) - PAYG Meter Population (No Subsequent Expansion to Credit Meter Population) - all PAYG meters (and the existing PAYG back-office system) to be replaced / upgraded with multi-channel vending capabilities. Credit metering population is not in scope - no requirement to make provision for future expansion to credit meter population. In this regard, Gas Networks Ireland is seeking responses to this Request for Expressions of Interest and Information.
