Tender for the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Server Equipment
HM Government of Gibraltar is looking at replacing its Blade and Storage Array Network technology and to enter into a 5 year maintenance service level agreement for the new equipment. The successful tenderer will also be required to migrate the data from the old hardware to the new.

Tender for the Construction of Eastside Sewage Transfer Scheme (North)
HM Government of Gibraltar invites tenders for the construction of the Eastside Sewage Transfer Scheme. This Eastside Sewage Transfer Scheme, will install new, larger pumps at ESPS and a pair of rising mains (355mm and 450mm outside diameter) to facilitate transfer of sewage from ESPS to a location immediately upstream manhole 42 on the Trunk Sewer. This discharge point bypasses those parts of the sewage network which are already at or near capacity. Once operational, new and existing local pumping stations and gravity sewers will be diverted to ESPS. Flows to ESPS will increase as new pumping stations are constructed for new developments thus requiring different phases of operation of ESPS.
The Eastside Pumping Station shall pump foul sewage from Eastside Pumping Station (ESPS) to a new manhole located on the trunk sewer just upstream of manhole 42 near the southern bus stop on South Pavilion Road. The rising main shall terminate at the junction of Transport Road and South Pavilion Road and from there flows will be conveyed by gravity to the new manhole.
Eastside Pumping Station is located off Devil's Tower Road to the north of Beach View Terraces. The main is approximately 4.2km long with 0.9km being in the tunnel network within The Rock and the remainder shall be laid in road.
The Eastside Sewage Transfer Scheme shall be divided into several works packages. This package relates to the North section of the Eastside Sewage Transfer Scheme as more particularly described within Appendix A of the Employer's Requirements.

Marine Vessel Waste Management Contract for the Gibraltar Port Authority
The GPA must under the Merchant Shipping Port Waste Reception Facilities Regulations, 2002 (PWRFR 2002) as amended provide port waste reception facilities adequate to meet the needs of ships normally using the port without causing undue delay to ships.
The purpose of the tender is to engage a service provider to undertake the duties of the GPA so as to fulfil its responsibilities under the (PWRFR 2002) as amended and the International Maritime Organisations, International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973 as modified by the Protocol of 1978 (MARPOL), in respect of the GPA's provision of port waste reception facilities for the delivery of ship generated waste from ships.

The provision of respite services at the contractors own premises for such Service Users as directed by the Client are provided as follows:
a) a respite service for persons aged 0-16 years on school days, weekends and bank holidays. On weekends and bank holidays, the service will begin from 9am and will end at 7:00pm. On school days, the service will begin at the time the Service Users finish school and shall end at 7pm when the Service Users must be collected by their parents or guardians.
b) a respite service for persons ages 16 and over. On weekends and bank holidays, the service will begin from 9am and shall end at 7:30pm. On school days, the service will begin at 3.30pm and will end at 7.30pm.

To provide, under open tender conditions, a fixed price for the design, delivery, installation and maintenance of an Explosives Detection Systems for Cabin Baggage (EDSCB) and Security Scanners for passenger screening to upgrade the existing equipment to meet the latest EU Standard 3 criterion ECAC and the Department for Transport (DfT) directive on EDSCB Screening technology. The proposed new equipment shall be fully compliant with the existing Retained EU Security Regulations as modified by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2019. The equipment should be upgradeable as and when industry requirements dictate.
