ForHousing Limited (the “authority”) wish to procure a main contractor to deliver the Bowlers Yard scheme located in the Northern Quarter, Manchester on a fixed price design and build basis, with the intention of starting the enabling works in January 2023 and the development works from March 2023 (the “Contract”). The site, which boarders the Metrolink Ashton line in New Islington, has already been purchased (in September 2022) and is in the ownership of ForHousing. Planning permission for 62 apartments was granted in August 2020, no planning changes are proposed to the current scheme. Properties are being developed for Shared Ownership and the letting and management of the properties will be undertaken by the Group’s commercial subsidiary ForLiving.
The owner of the site, ForHousing will be the ultimate client for the scheme, though it will be contracting through the ForViva’s Group’s development vehicle, ForViva DevCo Limited. Accordingly, ForViva DevCo will be the “Employer”

ForHousing are seeking a supplier who can deliver and configure a CCAAS system based on our documented process designs and system requirements.
The system and associated support agreement should be implemented no later than 31st May 2023, so bidders must factor that in when considering whether to bid.

ForHousing ltd. is procuring a contract for the provision of Annual Servicing and Maintenance services to Communal & Emergency Lighting Systems, including a programme of upgrade works across both general needs and supported housing properties owned or managed by ForHousing ltd. Further details on the scope of procurement are provided in the procurement documents.
ForHousing require an extension and adaption to a property rented to a tenant that has additional needs.

ForHousing are seeking prices to appoint a contractor to provide a formal reports on the current condition of the carriageway/communal area and follow on improvement works
Fully Inclusive PPM and Maintenance
The Contractor shall provide a fully inclusive and comprehensive service covering both remedial works and planned preventative maintenance (PPM), available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for all systems detailed within this specification document, excluding Annual Safety Visits and Sprinkler Systems.
For Annual Safety Visits and Sprinkler Systems, the Contractor shall provide a PPM-only service, with remedial works delivered on a chargeable basis, also available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Additionally, the Contractor shall carry out an annual fixed equipment test for all communal systems, on a per-block basis.
All service and maintenance works must comply with:
• The standards set by the equipment manufacturer,
• Relevant British Standards,
• Any applicable Approved Codes of Practice (ACOPs).
Where works do not meet these standards, the Contractor shall return to site and rectify the issues at no additional cost to ForHousing.
On sites with dispersed equipment, the Contractor shall:
• Provide costs for ad-hoc repairs to dispersed warden call equipment, in line with the priorities outlined in this document.
• Offer the option of a fully inclusive, comprehensive maintenance service.
Most of these sites will be covered by a manufacturer's warranty for the first 24 months of the contract (excluding batteries). The tendered rates shall be deemed to include any necessary liaison with the manufacturer to facilitate equipment replacement under warranty.
