Refurbishment of Animal Care Unit - Comprises the refurbishment of several animal care units including new cladding as well as new roofs etc. Also the installation of a new toilet block and the removal and reinstatement of an asbestos cladded canopy - project value circa ?275,000 + VAT 2. Extension to an existing 2 storey building to provide further accommodation for students - project value circa ?1,250,000 + VAT 3.
