Derby College Group (DCG) is responsible for the provision of Estate & Facilities Management Services and Construction at 6 sites. DCG is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers who can meet all of the legal requirements of DCG and Public Sector Contracts. Key Projects 1. Refurbishment of Animal Care Unit - Comprises the refurbishment of several animal care units including new cladding as well as new roofs etc. Also the installation of a new toilet block and the removal and reinstatement of an asbestos cladded canopy - project value circa ?275,000 + VAT 2. Extension to an existing 2 storey building to provide further accommodation for students - project value circa ?1,250,000 + VAT 3. External refurbishment of a current classroom block- project value circa ? 350,000 + VAT This list of projects is not exhaustive and maybe supplemented by additional maintenance and further refurbishment and construction as DCG seek additional funding, grant and awards as we develop DCG services, courses and programmes. We seek providers in the following categories: o Architects o Project Management o Cost Consultants o Structural Engineers o CDM o Mechanical & Electrical / Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Contract DCG is seeking to award a framework contract to several providers that meet the requires that will run for at 3 years. DCG reserve the right to reopen the framework to allow additional providers to join.
