DBC (EE) Easy Access Routes for Bunkers Park and Chipperfield Common
The Council are seeking a suitably qualified supplier to undertake the upgrading and construction of Easy Access Route (EAR) unbound, surfaced paths at two sites within the Borough - Bunkers Park and Chipperfield Common. The paths will provide improved access year-round for all visitors, including those with limited mobility.
Bunkers Park, Hemel Hempstead:
The proposal is to create an approx. 2000m multiuser unbound path and create and seed the newly created verges within Bunkers Park, Hemel Hempstead.
Chipperfield Common, Chipperfield:
The proposal is to undertake the resurfacing of an approx. 1900m multi user unbound path within the woodland; construction of approx. 550m new unbound surfaced paths and construction of two sections of boardwalk totalling 165m in length.
The maximum budget for the works is £430,000 across both sites.

DBC (SF) Electric Bike Hire Scheme in Hemel Hempstead
Dacorum Borough Council, in partnership with Herts IQ – the county’s enterprise zone, is investing in a comprehensive e bike hire scheme for Hemel Hempstead. The Council proposes to procure a supplier to design, implement and operate the scheme for an initial three year period, with the potential for extension for a further 2 years.
The Council is seeking a Supplier with a successful track record in working with Local Authorities or other organisations in the UK delivering public cycle hire schemes. The Supplier must have appropriate experience and expertise in delivering similar schemes and suitable resources.
A competitive flexible procedure will be used for this project with 2 stages. DBC (SLR) Commercial Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Services - ITT
Commercial HVAC services contract covering statutory compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, and associated repairs across the Council's non-domestic estate. The scope includes heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and associated plant, together with performance management, reporting and contract management requirements, as set out in the tender documentation.

DBC (SF) Dacorum Festive Lighting Scheme
The Council is inviting bidders to tender for Hemel Hempstead Festive lighting Town Centres plus eight neighbourhood shopping centres, the appointed supplier will be responsible for the following:
• Design, supply (on a hire basis), installation, maintenance, and removal of festive lighting across all specified locations.
• Management of all electrical connections, installation of RCBO protection, and provision of certification in line with Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) standards.
• Booking of road space with HCC Network Management

Tenderers and their sub-contractors (if any) must provide evidence of valid HERS accreditation for all highways electrical work, at the time of tendering.
