The Council is seeking a single Provider to manage all onwards processes for Waste Paint from the Councils House Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC's) in Anchor Lane Bilston and Shaw Road in Wolverhampton, and additional addresses within the WV post code area from time to time.
The Provider will collect this waste from the Council's HWRC's in Anchor Lane and Shaw Road in Wolverhampton, along with other addresses within WV postcode areas when required. Provider to supply and deliver to each HWRC site an Intermediate Bulk container (IBC) (1000ltr minimum) and to arrange and replace upon request from CWC.

The scope of this contract shall cover:
• Audio-visual (AV) conference equipment and associated services directly related with installing, testing, and commissioning it.
• A hybrid meeting solution for the meeting rooms described in this document.
• A maintenance and support facility for four years for the audio-visual system and associated hardware
The Council would like to procure services to update existing AV equipment at the Civic Centre and implement functionality required to enhance our video conferencing capabilities. The goal is to support our digital approach for collaborative working. At present, the Council has limited audio and visual capabilities to facilitate medium, and large-scale video conferencing using Microsoft Teams.
Site Visits: 12 August or 19 August (any bidder will only be allowed one site visit on any of the allocated days)
Site Visit Civic Centre 09:00 - 11:00 (a maximum of 2 people per organisation only)
A maximum of 7 organisation per visit per weekend. If this allocation is fully taken the Council will consider alternative times on these days. This is subject to Council discretion. These sessions will be limited to ten suppliers with a maximum of two representatives per supplier. These sessions will be on a first come first serve basis. The council are now looking to commission a contract for the provision of start-up support that targets Wolverhampton residents to engage and access skills that will provide them with the right foundations to prepare, start and ensure the survival of their business. The provision should support the increase of new enterprises - sole trader, micro business, small and medium-sized enterprise, or large business and includes social enterprises.
In order to promote growth and productivity in the city, we are particularly keen for the successful provider to encourage start-ups in growth sectors, e.g., tech, creative and digital and those emerging markets such as the green economy.
Although the focus is on start-up, should residents supported decide that start up is not right for them, we expect the provider to support them onto other positive destinations, for example into employment, working closely with Wolves at Work.
