Description

Section 46, Public Health (Control of Disease Act) 1984, requires the Council to arrange funerals (disposal of deceased) when all other means of doing so have been exhausted. In doing so, the Council makes reasonable attempts to seek any living relatives or friends who may want to arrange the funeral (or attend) before the Council proceeding with such arrangements.
