Broadacres require a new 3 year contract covering multiple landline contracts for telephony across North Yorkshire.
The mandatory requirements for Broadacres are:
Provision of approximately 66 landline phone lines including monthly rental, internet services (for some lines) and call usage at the sites listed in the attached Appendix.
Provision of automated billing for all lines with the ability to manage cost centres on centralised billing web platform. Invoicing via email only.
Account management services for changes, moves and deletions and ensuring that the optimum tariff is being applied.
Guidance for future proofing infrastructure ahead of the fast approaching digital switch over, in addition to willingness to work with partner organisations in regards to lift lines and alarm lines.
Management services to facilitate any works required as part of the digital switch over.
Flexibility to cancel services without incurring additional charges.
Improved services data circuits where available and financially appropriate.
Incident and problem management for repairs / line faults using web platform.
Site survey prior to implementation.
Agreed service levels to support different line types, such as alarm lines.
Quarterly Account management meetings at a minimum.
1.1 Following extensive software solution engagement and a successful phase one project. Broadacres is beginning on a companywide Salesforce based transformation and is seeking a certified and experienced Salesforce partner to assist in this transformation.
1.2 The vision for the project is a companywide transformation leveraging Salesforce and other best of breed technology. Aligned to a review of company processes to deliver the best customer experience for our customers.
1.3 Broadacres is also seeking to become self-sufficient in Salesforce development and seeking a partner who we can work in collaboration to upskill the Inhouse team to deliver the best outcomes for Broadacres in the short and long term.
1.1 Following the response to Covid-19 and with the aim of improving agent and caller user experience, Broadacres are looking to replace the current on-premises Contact Centre solution taking into consideration the benefits and functionality of Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions aligned to Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
1.2 Broadacres are looking to develop a robust and scalable cloud solution that could be used to dynamically scale to support increased call volumes and deliver new customer engagement channels and capabilities.
1.3 Broadacres are also looking to replace current SIP based PSTN telephony delivered through MS Teams for the wider organisation.

Ensure potential and progressing candidates (internal / external) a seamless and positive experience, from the very first interaction with the portal and throughout the recruitment process. In addition the platform provider and recruitment partner relationship should provide a seamless ICT tool for the Broadacres People Team and Hiring Managers to use as a great recruitment, selection and onboarding platform and other associated services.

Broadacres is seeking to award a Retrofit and Decarbonisation Contract ("Contract") covering a range of works to a single contractor. Contract duration will be approximately 2 years (24 months). The estimated total value of the contract is less than the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 threshold for works, which as of January 2022 is £5,336,937. Therefore, this tender will be completed as a non-Public Contracts Regulations process but will following the 'Open' procedure.
Contractors should not rely on any indicative expenditure or volume levels stated as a commitment of the total value the Contract that will be awarded by Broadacres. A proportion of the envisaged works are dependent upon Broadacres achieving grant funding as part of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund ("SHDF"). If funding is not achieved, the number of works to be completed will be reduced but this will be communicated with the successful contractor.

The Contract also includes works on voids/empty homes. This is due to the geographical dispersion of the housing stock, and the complexity of delivering a repairs service to such a relatively low number of units across the area. Broadacres will be seeking requests to participate from interested contractors with the completion of a selection questionnaire. Following assessment of requests to participate, Broadacres will shortlist a maximum of 3 contractors to be invited to submit initial tenders.
