The Borough Council of Bolton (the Authority) is prepared to receive tenders for a Beds and Hoists Servicing Contract, which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed.
The Integrated Community Equipment Store (ICES) require a servicing and maintenance contract for all free-standing and fixed hoists and beds owned by the Authority and loaned to customers for use within their own homes to meet statutory requirements under the Care Act 2014.
The term of the Framework will be for three (3) years with the option to extend for up to a further twelve (12) month period.
The Borough Council of Bolton (the Authority) utilising the YPO Food Deals Dynamic Purchasing System (Lot 2), received tenders for School Meal Frozen Food Procurement, which were subject to the information, specification and tender package.
Bolton Council School Meals provides a catering service to ninety-one primary schools and three pupil referral units. The Contract is to supply and deliver frozen food to the school kitchens.
Mount Saint Joseph Catholic High School (the School) is prepared to receive tenders for Removal of existing portacabin and the supply, delivery and installation of a fully refurbished modular building at Mount St Joseph High School, which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed.
The term of the Contract is estimated for circa 6 weeks with an additional defect liability period of 12 months.
Bolton Council, through the Independent Living Service and the Integrated Community Equipment Store, have the duty to provide modifications (adaptations) costing less than £1,000 that enable people with disabilities to live independently at home.\r

The contracting authority is not awarding a contract This is a 30 day VEAT Notice in respect of the proposed Farnworth Town Centre Development Scheme, due to commence on or around 3 July 2023
The scheme is publicly funded through an agreed funding strategy comprising a combination of grant and loan financing from Bolton Council Future High Street Funds, Brownfield funds, and lending from Greater Manchester Combined Authority GMCA
Bolton Council intends to enter into an Option Agreement, with an annexed Buy Back Option and a Price and Overage Deed with Capital and Centric Cocoon Ltd. C&C for the planned regeneration development at Farnworth Town Centre
The Option Agreement places an obligation on Bolton Council to sell the land at Farnworth Town Centre to Capital and Centric should Capital and Centric exercise the option.
Should Capital and Centric exercise the option to buy the land, it can as the developer, develop the land in accordance with planning permission (subject to permitted variations) if it chooses to, but is not required to do so
Bolton Council can exercise the Buy Back Option if
The funding agreement with GMCA is not entered into in line with the agreed funding strategy; and/or
A forward purchase agreement is not entered into in line with the agreed funding strategy; and/or
There is, broadly, an insolvency event in relation to CandC and or
Practical completion of the development is not reached within a certain timeframe
The Price and Overage Deed allows for deferred consideration payable for the property to Bolton Council shortly after practical completion which will be secured by way of a charge
The tender is for Bolton Council to commission a Young Person's Accommodation Based Support Service to provide emergency, as well as supported accommodation to homeless and vulnerable young persons, aged 16 to 25.
The young people are recognised and assessed by appropriate agencies (e.g., Housing Options, Leaving Care and young people released from Custody), before being referred to the service provider.
The tender is to provide suitable education for all children of compulsory school age in their area. This includes pupils who are not able to access mainstream school places i.e., permanently excluded pupils, and for other pupils who because of illness or other reasons would not receive suitable education without such arrangements being made.
The tender is for the Authority to procure a suitable contractor for the supply of horticultural machinery by sale or rental, including the supply of spare parts and consumables.
This Framework Agreement will be used by Neighbourhood Services within the Directorate of Place.
The tender is for the supply and delivery of non-halal and halal fresh and cooked meat to school kitchens, to be used by the Council's School Meals service within the Place Directorate.
The Care Home contract relates to the delivery of residential care in care homes and care homes with nursing. \r
Providers sign up to the contract with the Authority to provide the services required. The Contract will be used by the Council's Directorate of Adults, Communities & Integration. The Authority will award places on the Flexible Purchasing System to providers that meet the criteria as stated in the Invitation to Tender.
Placements North West (PNW) is commissioned by a the 23 North West local authorities to coordinate and manage collaborative procurement in relation to placements for children and young people across those authorities. \r

The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for their Adult Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health Service, which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed.
The Integrated Sexual Health Service will focus on prevention of sexual ill-health and the promotion of sexual well-being by:
-Providing information, advice and guidance about SRH, contraception and STIs, including HIV, to service users and to a wider audience digitally in order to promote the service, improve knowledge, understanding and skills among residents
-Ensuring rapid and easy access to services for the prevention (including vaccination) detection and management (treatment and partner notification) of STIs and BBVs to reduce prevalence and transmission, including for people living with HIV
The Authority wish to commission a specialist community-based Tobacco Control Service that will help deliver on local tobacco priorities with a focus on providing intensive stop smoking support to reduce prevalence and harm within our community.
The term of the Contract will be for three (3) years.

The Authority is seeking to provide Offender Services comprising two components:\r
• A Housing-Related, Accommodation-Based service, and\r
• A Floating Support Service for people transitioning into and from the accommodation based service.\r

Both elements will be responsive, co-ordinated, and proactively focused to each individual client.\r
An Accommodation-Based Support Service will provide a minimum of 12 self-contained units of accommodation to offenders on license, subject to conditions on the statutory license and/or supervision or at risk of re-offending.\r

The Contract is to be used by the Council's Community Housing Services within the Department of People.\r

The Authority will appoint one Provider for the Contract.
The Authority requires the appointment of an Independent Visitor in respect of Bolton Looked After Children, and where it is assessed by social care that it would be in the child or young person's ("the Child") best interest to do so.\r

The provision of the Service for Looked After Children will be considered in accordance with the needs of the Child and the process will be influenced and led by the Child's needs. All children in care have the right to an Independent Visitor. All referrals will be considered by a Social Worker as part of the development of the care plan for the Child or as part of a review of the Child's case.

The Service is intended to provide eligible individuals aged between 18 and 65 (or above by exception), with quick access accommodation for a potential maximum period of 13 weeks, or when support outcomes have been achieved if this is sooner and will include pathway support to enable positive move-on and resettlement
