We are due to renew our contract for the repair and maintenance of our hard-wired warden call / telecare equipment. We cover TS, DL and YO postcodes. There is a framework available with mini competition, however we are interested to understand if there are other vendors in the market that would be interested in bidding on our opportunity should we opt to tender independently of a framework provider. Repairs and maintenance would be in and out of hours and could be anywhere within our geographically remit. We are looking to contract for a minimum of 3 years. We are looking to appoint one contractor to cover all areas but we would consider splitting into a 'north' and 'south' contract if there was enough interest and /or no vendor demand to cover all postcodes.
