Void Support Contract

Description

The voids work under this contract will fall into schedule of requirements through the contract for kitchen, bathrooms and rewires, with ad-hoc requirements for full house void works. It is expected that Beyond housing will be able to issue out work throughout the year that may fall into the following delivery models: Redcar: • labour only • labour and material • Batch model, including materials and acting as principal contractor under CDM. Scarborough/Whitby • labour only • labour and material There are a number of lots split into 2 main geographical areas. Lots 1-9 - Redcar (North of Castleton) Lots 10-18 - Whitby/Scarborough (Castleton to Speeton) Lots 1-9 - Redcar (North of Castleton) 1) Routine Works, including painting & decoration 2) Other routine - Cleaning & Garden Clearances 3) Kitchens (single capital element) 4) Bathrooms (single capital element) 5) Rewires (single capital element) 6) Kitchen and Bathroom (multiple capital element) 7) Kitchen and rewire (multiple capital element) 8) Bathroom and rewire (multiple capital element) 9) Kitchen, Bathroom and Rewire (multiple capital element) Lots 10-18 - Whitby/Scarborough (Castleton to Speeton) 10) Routine Works, including painting & decoration 11) Other routine - Cleaning & Garden Clearances 12) Kitchens (single capital element) 13) Bathrooms (single capital element) 14) Rewires (single capital element) 15) Kitchen and Bathroom (multiple capital element) 16) Kitchen and rewire (multiple capital element) 17) Bathroom and rewire (multiple capital element) 18) Kitchen, Bathroom and Rewire (multiple capital element)
