Accent is looking at its CCTV service delivery across its 5 regional areas: • Maintenance and repair of the cameras / systems we already have in place. • Installation of new systems dictated by the need of the business • Installation of temporary cameras to deal with short term issues. • Installation of covert cameras, these installations will need to be completed with ultimate discretion. CCTV Cameras are installed across all of our five regions: o Yorkshire & Humber o East o South o North West o North East We currently have a National contract in place, however, are open to the art of the possible and may look to supply as regional suppliers/contracts going forward. Accent wishes to explore the art of the possible and develop its service offer and scope of service provision/specification. We plan to conduct a Supplier Engagement Day, where we would like to invite a maximum of 6 suppliers who have the capacity and capability of delivering CCTV services to Accent's regional portfolios as a minimum, to come along and meet with us to discuss our current CCTV arrangements, innovations and new ways of service delivery: o any new ideas that would work better o any areas that may be streamlined o Improved value for money o Cloud technology o Safe Data Storage / GDPR This will take place on Wednesday 3rd August 2022 at: Accent Housing Ltd: Charlestown House, Acorn Park Industrial Estate, Charlestown, Shipley, BD17 7SW There will be six sessions on the day and these will be allocated by Accent. Interested Suppliers should in the first instance provide Accent with a summary of their services, including how where they domicile their stored data, together with a copy of their past three years audited accounts and areas they cover, please also provide the number of staff available to deliver these services. Accent will review these and notify successful Suppliers of the requirements for the sessions (to include a presentation). Please note Accent decision if final. • Prospective Suppliers will only be considered if they message via the Proactis portal Accent shall not accept any requests or be responsible for reimbursement of any expenses relating to this market engagement. Suppliers who aren't allocated a slot on the Engagement Day will be contacted to provided the same information that we are requesting from the suppliers attending.
