Anglian Water Services Limited ("AWS") is seeking requests for tender participation for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for Goods and associated services related to: Electrical Signature Analysis Devices (ESA) and additional services, Vibration Analysis Devices and additional services to be used on assets across the network. (Including, but not limited to an analytics platform and other associated services) to be installed on assets across the network. These Framework Agreements will potentially entail a combination of the provision, associated analytics and associated services for Condition Based Monitoring Devices to provide AWS consistent monitoring of their assets across the network. Anglian Water Services (hereafter AWS) are seeking to enter into a PPA framework with a number of renewable energy generation counterparties, with the aim of running mini competitions for defined volumes of power on our journey to net zero carbon. AWS currently import >600GWh of electricity from the grid, and this framework will support our ambitions to be 45% renewable by 2025, and 100% by 2030. Our intention is utilise this framework to bring significant volumes of power into our supply mix from October 2023.

The procurement scope is to supply HVO Fuel, tanks and telemetry (fob system or similar) under a framework agreement to sites within our region. The fuel will be used by Anglian Water and our partners. The fuel will be used in plant, equipment and machinery and is required to meet BS EN19540 and our sustainability requirements. The contract will also potentially allow for its use in road vehicles and generators used for power; essentially in all assets (currently excluding road vehicles) where HVO, gas oil and diesel is currently used. Volumes are based on historic data and predicted usage based on these volumes. The value as noted in II.1.5 of £14,612,186 is for a contract term of twenty six months.

Provision of specialist pipeline commissioning services across all larger pipe diameters (>=200mm) including air swab washing, air disinfection, pipe filling, pressure testing and associated works to bring potable water pipelines into service for customers.

This is a prior information notice to establish if there is market interest for a future tender for Water Industry Creative Advertising Campaign requirements. In the last year Anglian Water have been evolving their communications strategy to help customers understand more about the work we do. In order to reach more customers a range of channels are in consideration, now including TV. Anglian Water regularly review the role of communications and the influence that can, or cannot be, had on business performance. The channels to use within the communication strategy evolves dependent on insight and need following review of performance results. This does mean there is a level of ambiguity and flexibility required on an ongoing basis on what support may be required from an agency. Considering this, if you participate in a tender process and are awarded to, you will be one of a group of agencies who will bid for any work available, and as a result there is no guarantee work.

Anglian Water Services Limited (AWS Ltd) requires consultancy services for the identification, design support, and design of clean water efficiency and optimisation projects that deliver savings across the whole of the AWS Ltd region. Services to be provided in 1 or more of the following areas: Process Efficiency including aeration systems Chemical Efficiency Energy Efficiency including pump control, pump efficiency and pump optimisation Efficient Use of Assets including green solutions that reduce our carbon emissions and HVAC optimisation It is expected that the contracted entities will have in-depth process knowledge of their selected areas. The contract period is 8 years.

To be available 24/7, 365 days a year by telephone as a primary, an EAP provides free to the employee, confidential information and support to help employees gain a better work-life balance.

The scope of the contract is for the provision of visualisation, alerting and reporting on our sewer network performance. This includes blockage prediction, and EDMs. Expenditure and level of demand is currently unconfirmed, but we have 76,000km of sewers, 3000 existing sensors and further scale-up planned (an estimate of 20,000 sensors with potential to expand if the business needs). With this system, Anglian Water will be able to: • Identify and predict blockages or restrictions within our network, using AI and machine learning. • Identify and report on EDMs and spill status • Visualise, report and alert on data from a variety of sources in our network. • Identify sensors that aren't working properly. • Have regulatory reporting functionality.

Anglian Water Services Ltd (Anglian Water) is undertaking a Procurement Exercise for the Supply of Sewer Network Monitoring Sensors. We are seeking sewer monitoring network level sensor remote telemetry units and flow sensor remote telemetry units which will enable us to proactively address blockages and pollution events including potential for high spilling CSO locations by being paired with a visualisation platform (separate procurement exercise). What Sensors? Our procurement exercise separately addresses and assesses Flow Sensors (Lot 1) and Level Sensors (Lot 2). Bidders are welcome to tender for one or both Lots. Flow Sensors meaning a single device which is installed below ground level and is capable of measuring flow of water, sewage or sludge, with telemetry capability to remotely transmit flow data. Level Sensors meaning a single device which is installed below ground level and is capable of measuring the level of water, sewage or sludge, with telemetry capability to remotely transmit flow data. All sensors must be suitable for deployment within the sewer network. Bidders must me mindful of turbidity and ragging. The Equipment and Protective Systems Intended for Use in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2016, UKSI 2016:1107 is a must have for some, not all, locations within our sewer network. The Opportunity We anticipate spending approximately £9 million throughout the contract period of 7 years. This includes: 1. Acquisition of ~20,000 Sewer Network Sensors 2. Acquisition of replacement Sewer Network Monitors 3. Acquisition of replacement Batteries 4. Data and digital / telemetry services 5. Collection / delivery and disposal. Not included in this procurement exercise are: 1. Installation, maintenance and replacement of sensors 2. Visualisation platform with analytics. We expect to buy the in the region of 20,000 sewer network monitoring sensors in the first two years of the agreement. Demand plans will be discussed with Bidders at RFP stage. Installation, maintenance and replacement of sensors will be done by Anglian Water or a 3rd party delivery route. Anglian Water is separately advertising the opportunity to provide an agnostic visualisation platform with analytics. Submissions are welcomed from capable suppliers of Flow Sensors (Category 1) and / or Level Sensors (Category 2). This is a multiple supplier framework for which we expect to contract with a minimum of 2 Suppliers per Lot. What are we looking for? Capable suppliers offering "off the shelf" devices which are quick and simple to install, are maintenance free. Robust sensors and brackets suitable for deployment in our sewer network, as fully described in our Specification document. Right first time deployment. Some locations will have low cellular strength. Training to ensure successful deployment and operation including the provision of manuals. A "no quibble" warranty covering all aspects of the bracket and sensor with quick delivery of a replacement device. We are content to exclude the potential of accidental damage caused by jetting. Capable suppliers who can help minimise our environmental impact through device and battery longevity, and repair / reuse / recycle systems. Delivery of Sensors to selected staffed goods inward / logistics centres. At times delivery of small volume replacements may be direct to our sites; these will also be staffed. Anglian Water is looking to procure a Contact Centre as a Service solution to replace the current on-prem contact centre telephony platform. The Contact Centre solution should have the capability of providing a personalised experience to customers by executing inbound, as well as outbound, communication across a variety of channels. Anglian Water are looking for interested parties to present their available product options in regards to the provision of a Modern Contact Centre. Our Contact Centre serves as the primary hub for incoming and outgoing communications between our company and customers, and is currently spread across multiple physical locations, including Enterprise House in Lincoln, Henderson House in Huntingdon, and Hartlepool. Over 400 agents are responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries and issues related to billing, home moves, and operational matters. The current technology landscape is complex and difficult to navigate, resulting in a lack of actionable insights and operational management. We want to reduce our support costs, simplify our systems, and create an easy-to-use platform that can easily adapt to new channels as they emerge. Our aim is to provide a digital-first customer experience, and we are looking to transform our traditional voice channels into modern digital channels. The Environment Agency requires certain process operators to have their flow-monitoring arrangements independently assessed and certified as conforming to their requirements by CSA Group Testing UK Ltd (under the MCERTS Certification Body). Compliance is achieved following satisfactory completion of a site inspection and a management system audit. Once the audit and inspection has been satisfactorily completed, CSA Group will issue an MCERTS Inspection Certificate, valid for 5 years. Services required as part of this tender will include, but not be limited to, site inspections, provision of the MCERTS site inspection reports, non-conformance reports, MCERTS certification and associated services to Anglian Water, advice and guidance should sites fail to meet MCERTS standards, Secondary Verification services.

The scope is for Examination, Testing & Certification of Lifting Equipment, Pressure Vessels, Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems and General Ventilation Systems, Crane Maintenance and Minor Remedials, Installations & Purchases of Lifting Equipment. Anglian Water has approximately 39,000 assets that need to be tested every 6 or 12 months, plus remedial works that need to be carried out on some of these assets.

The procurement of Strategic Overpumping, as per the below ; Core Requirements ; Full hydraulic design/calculations to meet Anglian Waters duty flow requirements, including potentially for flows of over 3000l/s. Provision of full 3D designs for installations and all structures e.g., pipe bridges. Structural pipework and pipe crossing design. All designs must include flow monitoring to confirm compliance with client duty flow requirements. The Supplier will provision a complete range of appropriate auxiliary items (such as hoses and pipework up to 1000mm dia, fittings, and ancillary equipment) suitable for the plant and equipment they supply, to be agreed and quoted at the time of order enquiry and placement. All Suppliers to the framework must have capability to safely deliver to any of our 4 regions and be able to off-load equipment, for example, using their own HIAB (or equivalent). The Supplier is responsible for scheduling deliveries, off-loading, installation and commissioning (including testing and handover), compliant with Anglian Water Specifications. At the end of hire the Supplier is responsible for decommissioning, dismantling, loading and return transport. The Supplier will provide remote monitoring and management, including live and historic flow rates, with read only access to Anglian Water teams. Ability to interface with Anglian Water telemetry a bonus. In the event of a breakdown, there is a required response time of 4 hours. Hire pumps provided are expected to be durable and operate without issue. It is the Supplier responsibility to ensure equipment is fully maintained and fit for the tasks and operation required as agreed at the point of purchase order placement. The Supplier should have the relevant expertise to be able to manage a range of scenarios from those where the user has defined their requirement by understanding the challenge including rag management, customer interface and offer a pumping solution, or range of alternative options across Anglian Water. This Agreement is for the supply, refurbishment, maintenance & repair of vehicle mounted tank equipment, meaning vacuum tanks, recycling jetter tanks and associated pump/pipe work equipment mounted on a rigid chassis cab or supplied as part of an articulated trailer chassis.
