2gether is looking for a supplier for the provision of smart retail, automated retail and vending services across multiple acute hospital sites within East Kent. They are QEQM Queen Elizabeth Queen Mother Margate WHH William Harvey Hospital Ashford KCH Kent and Canterbury Hospital Canterbury RVH Royal Victoria Hospital Folkestone BHD Buckland Hospital Dover. Contract Length 3 years with 2 x 12 Months Extensions. Estimated Contract start date from October 2026. This will be subject to change. The anticipated scope may include: • smart retail and micro-market solutions; • automated retail and vending services (where retained); • out-of-hours and 24/7 food and beverage provision; • associated equipment, technology, stocking, maintenance and replenishment; • central helpdesk, performance reporting and governance arrangements; and • commercial and performance management mechanisms appropriate to a regulated healthcare environment. The services are intended to support safe, reliable and compliant access to food and drink for staff, patients and visitors, aligned to NHS food standards and wider public-sector objectives.

The Authority is seeking a reliable, multi-tiered taxi and private hire provision to support the 24/7 movement of patients, staff, and medical items (including medical records and pathology specimens) across five primary hospital sites. This contract utilises a Cascade Model to ensure 100% fulfilment and incorporates a significant Social Value element regarding maternity transport. The Authority anticipates a multi-provider award to ensure geographic resilience. Geographical Scope of Sites The Provider must provide comprehensive coverage to, from, and between the following locations: Kent and Canterbury Hospital (KCH): Ethelbert Road, Canterbury, CT1 3NG William Harvey Hospital (WHH): Kennington Road, Ashford, TN24 0LZ Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother Hospital (QEQM): College Road, Margate, CT9 4AN Buckland Hospital (BHD): Coombe Valley Road, Dover, CT17 0HD Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH): Radnor Park Avenue, Folkestone, CT19 5BN The following services required but not limited to: Patient Journeys Non-emergency transport for eligible patients and service users. Staff Journeys Business-critical travel, inter-site meetings, and out-of-hours shifts. Movement of Goods Urgent transport of medical records, pathology specimens, and bloods. Driver & Vehicle Standards All drivers must be DBS-cleared and trained in handling sensitive medical goods (e.g., specimens). Vehicles must be maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, reflecting the healthcare environment.

Delivery of Major Capital Works for East Kent University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

2gether Support Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary company of one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts in the UK, East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (EKHUFT). We provide essential support services, from procurement and facilities management to catering and portering.<br/>2gether Support Solutions invites expressions of interest in the provision of Fire Alarm Systems- testing and maintenance.<br/>This provision will be required across 5 hospital sites owned by EKHUFT, under a single contract.<br/>We invite suppliers capable of working with closed protocol systems (Static 900/925 Panels)<br/>The supplier should also be capable of updating and renewing parts or whole systems as and when directed by the 2gether Support Solutions contract administrator. There will also be a requirement for 24 hour operational support (including in-person attendance).
