A47 Tuddenham to Easton - ACOUSTIC BARRIER

NOTIFICATION OF SUBCONTRACT PACKAGE A47 North Tuddenham to Easton Scheme: Galliford Try, as one of the East Region Delivery Integration Partners, is delivering the A47 North Tuddenham to Easton project in the County of Norfolk on behalf of National Highways. This project, which is part of major improvements to the existing A47, replaces the existing single carriageways between North Tuddenham and Easton with a dual carriageway, linking the existing dual carriageway at North Tuddenham to the Southern Norwich Bypass at Easton. The route is offline and crosses the existing A47 at three separate locations. Package: Acoustic Barrier Outline Scope of Works: The scope includes the supply and installation of Environmental Acoustic Barrier to reduce noise impact in the specified location. The barrier is to be installed to the required height and length, using materials designed to meet acoustic performance standards and wind load requirements. Full details and specifications will be provided to the successfully shortlisted suppliers. Suppliers should be aware of the scale of this project and should assess their internal capabilities to be able to carry out the intended scope of works, prior to completing this expression of interest (EOI). All interested contractors should hold all the relevant certification, qualifications and experience of providing this type of work. Programme: It is anticipated that the above scope of works will commence in June 2025 Timing: Deadline for Notifications of Interest 17:30 hrs on 18th March 2025 Galliford Try Procurement Process: To secure work with Galliford Try, a supplier will need to pass the PAS91 onboarding process administered through Builders Profile.
