Early Market Engagement (EME) for Environmental Pollution Incident Response and Remediation in the Southern Water region.
Southern Water (SW) requires swift attendance at sewage, oil or chemical pollution, and clean water incidents anywhere in the SW region and includes, without limitation, domestic premises, commercial/industrial sites, agricultural land, inland waterways, lakes and reservoirs. The selected service provider(s) will be tasked with promptly assessing the impact of incidents and providing recommendations for immediate remedial actions. Additionally, the provider is expected to make recommendations aimed at preventing the recurrence of such incidents. SW are currently considering a Framework model with two lots. Lot 1: Provision of appropriately qualified environmental water quality technicians, technical and engineering personnel to attend and assess and advise on appropriate mitigation and remediation. Additional information: Initial term is 4 years, with extension opportunities of 4 x 1-years.
