Translink requires a suitably experienced subject matter expert (SME) to provide procurement support to the Digital Competency Management System (DCMS) Project. The Service Provider will provide independent expert advice to the DCMS Project Team and lead relevant work to meet project objectives. This is anticipated to be an initial 3-month contract with possible further extensions for up to 3 months if required. Anticipated Contract Start Date is January 2026. Your response must be submitted via the relevant Call for Tender (CfT) on the eTendersNI portal. Instructions on how to submit your response can be found within the Interactive Walkthrough on the eTendersNI Homepage. No other method of submission will be accepted.
