Nottinghamshire County Council are currently in the process of developing a tender to establish a multi-lot, multi provider open framework, using the Light Touch regime of the Procurement Act 2023, to commission organisations who are able to provide placements of children and young people with Alternative education. These services will cover the requirements for Alternative provision placements of children & young people (Learners) made directly on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council with additional scope to include Local Authority maintained Schools, or Free Schools and Academies (Contracting Authority) within Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas if they wish to use it.
