| Method Rationale: | This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. On the 9th April 2026, Head of Clinical Service approved this decision and there were no declarations of interest made by members that would materially or adversely impact on matters requiring discussion and decision. The decision to award was made in line with the conflict of interest policy. The following criteria informed the decision: Quality and innovation: 30% Value: 20% Integration, collaboration and service sustainability: 20% Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice: 20% Social Value: 10% Representations by providers must be made to cwp.contracts@nhs.net by 30th April 2026.
