MOD is planning to replace its Facilities Management (FM) services at HMS Drake, which are currently provided under the PFI agreement. The FM services may cover areas such as catering, cleaning, waste management, retail and leisure, statutory and mandatory planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, grounds maintenance, and asset replacement works.
