The Capital Works Framework sets out the full technical, compliance and delivery requirements for a wide range of planned capital workstreams, including Kitchens & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors, Roofing, Electrical and Cyclical Decorations, across housing and property assets. It is divided into eight lots, with Lots 6–8 covering multi‑disciplinary works that may incorporate several work elements within a single project
