Including but not limited to Builder, Electrician, Plumbers, Painter, Joiner, Landscaping and heating (gas, solid fuel, electric and renewables). Examples would be kitchen and bathroom upgrades, major disabled adaptations, whole house refurbishment

Labour only - Contractors may be required to support our ‘in house’ Building Services ’ team during peak periods where key trade (e.g. Joiner, Plumber, Electrician, Painter, Slater) support is required to deliver planned/cyclical maintenance.

Licensed Contractor - all proactive Gull Control Activity Preventative Measures. Supply, installation and maintenance of sonic scarer devices. Lasers deterrents, debris, nest and egg removal and dead bird removal
