Description
The contractor will be expected to deliver electrical testing works on up to 3500 domestic properties including minor remedial work of low value, circuit board replacement and Smoke detection where required in the East and South Housing areas of Leeds. The contractor will be responsible for the design, installation, commissioning and test/inspection of all electrical installations and ensure works comply with the current edition of the Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
