Awarded under ESPO Framework 3S-22 Strategic HR Services, Lot 1a - Admin, HR & Business Support to a single Service Provider. As Interim Associate (Programme Co-ordinator), Major Projects: As an Associate working within Major Projects, will work closely with the programme management team and colleagues in the team to aid the effective and efficient contract management framework, and provide general support on programme delivery. Key Deliverables: 1. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Major Projects programme, including maintaining accurate records, trackers and documentation. 2. Support the organisation, storage and version control of contract and programme files in line with governance requirements. 3. Assist with budget and contract administration, including raising and tracking purchase orders, receipting invoices and updating spend and contract trackers. 4. Support the processing of onboarding and offboarding of consultancy resources, ensuring required documentation and system updates are completed. 5. Assist with the preparation of contract, financial and supplier information for governance meetings and reporting. 6. Liaise with Finance, Procurement, IT, Facilities and People teams to support smooth programme and contract administration. 7. Provide general administrative support for programme governance activities, including meeting coordination, documentation and follow-up actions. 8. Support with internal and external events.
