Supply and delivery of food and drinks products. ScotRail are looking to award to a supplier for the provision of food and drink products to be delivered to ScotRail managed sites.
ScotRail require a flexible software and hardware solution to ensure the continued efficiency of on train hospitality. ScotRail require an EPOS solution that will allow for ordering and payment on ScotRail train services, often taking payment in remote geographical locations. The current requirement is 80 EPOS devices / solutions for ScotRail staff with the option to purchase more (or decrease the number) over the lifetime of the contract.
ScotRail are inviting prospective suppliers to bid for a managed hospitality service encompassing: the sourcing and delivery of food and drinks, managing food and drink stores / depots and waste, stock management, loading and maintaining trollies and providing an EPOS solution.
