YPO are working in partnership with the London Borough of Islington to reprocure the 3rd iteration of their Occupational Health, EAP and Associated Services framework offering a broader reach to the whole public sector through a national framework encompassing a full end to end wellbeing solution. This will look to incorporate Occupational Health Services, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) support and health-related training and awareness courses such as Menopause Training Courses working with key specialist providers/supporting partners that will support all public sector customers requirements. A specific tailored lot in addition to the aforementioned services will be included offering Student Support for the Education Sector only supporting Primary and Higher Education 16 years +. YPO are the lead public sector buying organisation for this procurement, we manage an array of frameworks for a variety of services and products. Public sector organisations utilise our frameworks as a compliant route to market to award contracts which meet their requirements. Public sector organisations require support to deliver occupational health and associated services to their employees; we envisage that our framework will incorporate all services required. The current proposed structure is as follows (please note this is an indicative structure and dependant on the responses from this market engagement could be subject to change to ensure market needs are met): • Occupational Health Services – All Public Sector A service specifically focused on maintaining the wellbeing of all employees (pre-employed and employed), providing support in reducing sickness absences due to short and long term illnesses/health concerns and safety in the workplace. • Employee Assistance Programme – All Public Sector A service to ensure organisations meet obligations in respect of employee health offering emotional and practical advice and support on a wide range of benefits to support an individual. • Associated Health and Wellbeing Services – All Public Sector A varying mixture of health and wellbeing add on services that may be required within the workplace e.g. flu vaccinations, eye test funding, hearing tests, ergonomic assessments, wellbeing platform, Neurodiversity diagnostic and workplace adjustment services. • Student Assistance Programmes (SAP) in Mental Health and Wellbeing for the Education Sector (Sub Lots - Primary and Higher Education 16 years +) Sub Lot 1 - Primary Education – A service to support the training of primary school teachers in supporting children maintain their physical and emotional wellbeing, in line with the Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) Department for Education (DFE) Curriculum. Sub lot 2 - Higher Education 16 Years+ - A service to support post 16 students in higher education to support with preventative measures, support services and treatment plans for their physical and emotional wellbeing. • Health Related Training and Awareness Courses A service working with key specialist providers/supporting partners for health-related training and awareness courses such as: Menopause Training, Neurodiversity, Mental Health First Aiders England MHFA, SafeTALK – Suicide Awareness, Omnitherapy and readily available counselling services.
