Qualis Property Solutions (QPS) is looking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing Market for the provision of the Repairs and Planned Maintenance Services. QPS provides maintenance services to 6,500 social housing homes in the district of Epping Forest on behalf of the Council and its successors in title. QPS anticipates that opportunities will be available in, but not limited to, the following categories: Plumbing Carpentry Electrical including testing and remedials / re-wires. Compliance (gas, electrical, EPC, asbestos, FRAs, pest control ) Cleaning Boiler / heating installations General internal work (to include plastering, decoration and general repairs) General external work (to include roofing, guttering, decoration, scaffolding) Gardening Waste Disposal Ground works Drainage maintenance and repairs.
