Southern Water (SW) is seeking information from suppliers in relation to a potential procurement exercise this year. The information requested is not part of the procurement exercise, but your input will be critical in the development of the sourcing strategy and tender documentation. Southern Water is seeking a proactive flow management consultant service and reactive field operations optimisation service. The contractor will offer insights and proposals on how to ensure efficiency of any live or planned tankering operations. This information will enable Southern Water to make balanced decisions around site safety, mitigation, expenditure, and operational risk. The intelligence should be based on calculations from the available data, operational and site knowledge and thorough assessment of all onsite activity. The contractor needs to be able to demonstrate these calculations and source of the data. A responsive service is key to SW’s resilience and having a consistent approach on all aspects of works.
