Description

Southern Water Services Limited (SWS) are looking to procure a new Energy Management and Optimisation System (EMOS). SWS are looking for an EMOS with the following capabilities/features - • Energy Portfolio Management, • Billing & Tariffs, • Invoice Upload, • Automated Data Reading / Collection (AMR), • Metering & Sub-metering, • Accruals, Budgeting and Forecasting, • Energy Monitoring & Targeting, • Site Analysis, • Data and Performance, • Energy and Carbon Reporting (Internal & Regulatory), • Fleet Data, • CHP and Solar Array Management, • Customisable Dashboard, Access and Interface. Additional EMOS features such as Integration with Current SWS Systems as part of a future smart internal network and real time Energy Monitoring and Control are also of interest to SWS as part of future strategy. SWS are also interested in Invoice Validation and Bureau Services. The procurement will be carried out as a competitive tender process under the Procurement Act 2023.
