This procurement relates to the proposed re-location of the Wheelchair Services Dept to the former P&G Manufacturing Facility located just outside the village of Seaton Delaval on Avenue Road, Northumberland, NE25 0QJ. The scope comprises the strip-out of the existing restaurant, office, and associated areas and the completion of the design and fit-out, in accordance with the Employers Requirements building to CAT B Standard, to provide new office space and assessment rooms along with associated furniture, document storage, meeting rooms, staff room, reception area, kitchen facilities, toilet facilities and associated mechanical and electrical systems.
