Funeral Services - Community Hospitals

Description

The Trust requires a number of Suppliers to enter into a Contract for the Provision of Funerals, and the Collection, Transportation and Storage of the Deceased from Community Hospital (only). The Contract will be awarded for 5 years, with the option to extend for two 12-month periods. The Trust co-ordinates and pays for Funeral arrangements for deceased Adult patients who have no relatives to pay the cost of the funeral.
