Judith Kerr Primary School - Grounds Remediation Project

Description

Anthem is a multi-academy trust comprising 16 schools (both primary and secondary). The Trust is founded on the principle of collaboration and intrinsic to this is the belief that we can achieve more together than we could as single entities. The playing field at Judith Kerry Primary School (in Southwark) is regularly water-logged. This impacts on the school's safe use of the field and leads to mud being brought into the school. It is a requirement of the curriculum to offer children a wide range of physical activities and this is being impacted by the condition of the playing field. The Trust is looking to resolve this issue on behalf of the school and believe a combination of French drainage and some basic landscaping will achieve this goal.
