HDC Markets Operator for the Carfax, Horsham

Description

Horsham District Council invites bids from Market Operators as set out in these documents. The Contract Start Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be in January 2023. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year period subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council. The Council is procuring this contract following a local tender process under the Council's Procurement Code and the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016, and will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed within the Specification.
