On behalf of the Blue Skies Consortium (Consortium), Keystone Developments (LG) Ltd is seeking views, as part of an early market engagement exercise, on its Consultant Framework Agreement 2022-2026. These are Consultancy Services for the development of general needs, leasehold and care and support properties, both in terms of new developments and major refurbishment/remodelling works.
