The contract covers 45 stations on the South Western Railway network predominantly in the London area with a range of tasks undertaken from Gate line duties to ticket checking. It is our intention to re-tender this contract to for a period of 12 months. As part of our retendering of this contract we expect from the successful supplier: • To adhere to all current and future, employee and health and safety legislation • Provide, staff that are professional and focused on exceeding our customers' expectations • That the contract will represent true value for money for South Western Railway • That any failings or damage by the supplier listed within the contract will be recognised and South Western Railway receive recompense. • That have achieved RISQs accreditation
Lot 1 is for Gateline hours coverage and ticket checking activities in SWR's London and Metro Region The intention is to award a contract for 1 year with an optional 2 year extension. The contract is expected to commence 01/05/2022. This Lot may be awarded individually or may be awarded in combination with Lot 2.
