Anthem Trust has previously commissioned a survey into the condition of its properties and Grampian primary School has been identified as having an urgent requirement to make repairs to the staff and visitor car park. The surface of the staff car park is deteriorating, potholes have formed, drainage is poor and flooding is an issue. Kerbing is damaged and deteriorating. The total budget for the remediation project is currently set between GBP70,000 - GBP85,000. This will take place during school holidays to minimise disruption to the school and to allow access to site for contractors. Included in the tender pack is a plan of the site showing the location of the carpark, although it is understood that the bidder will wish to perform a site survey of their own. The service required is: -Carry out reconstruction of the staff car park, including reconstruction of deteriorating surface, making improvements to drainage and kerbing, and improvements to parking bays -Car park area to be extended such as to increase parking capacity.
