Abbey Woods Academy Catering Kitchen Relocation

Description

The school previously occupied two separate buildings located on a single site, separated by a car park, which, for simplicity have been named KS1 and KS2. During the 2021/22 academic year, the school consolidated all of its teaching space into the KS1 block. The catering kitchen remains in the KS2 block and we now wish to relocate this kitchen into the KS1 block. The project will include some building work, the provision of new services and equipment as well as the relocation of existing equipment. Anthem would like to invite tenderers to submit their proposals for the works based on the schedule provided in the specification. It is envisaged that the majority of the work can take place during term time. The Academy will offer and facilitate site visits for suppliers intending to submit a proposal. The Trust envisages that this work should cost no more than GBP120,000.
