The contract will be for the provision of outsourced cleaning services to the Trust. The Tenderer shall establish effective management and operational level communication systems at all levels regarding the cleaning service. In addition, the Provider will also be responsible for all legal, and health and safety requirements in delivering the services. A daily cleaning service is required in each school in accordance with an output cleaning specification focusing on the desired results or outcomes of the cleaning process rather than the Trust detailing the exact methods to achieve those results. As the expert in the field, the Contractor is required to determine the best way to meet the performance standards set by the Trust. The Trust require the Contractor to work flexibly with the individual school’s calendar, to enable events and lettings to be operated in collaboration with the cleaning schedule. Lot 1 - Primary Schools is as follows: Black Torrington Church of England Primary School Boasley Cross Community Primary School Bradford Primary School Bridestowe Primary School Bridgerule Church of England Primary School Chagford Church of England Primary School Exbourne Church of England Primary School Highampton Community Primary School Lydford Primary School Milton Abbot Primary School North Tawton Community Primary School and Nursery Northlew and Ashbury Parochial Church of England Primary School Okehampton Primary School and Foundation Unit South Tawton Primary School St James Church of England Primary and Nursery School
