Accent Housing Limited "Accent" is creating a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the exclusive use of Accent Housing Ltd and associated entities. It is NOT open to external contracting bodies. This DPS is split into Lots, the purpose of which is to facilitate the procurement needs of Accent for the provision of the following works and services: * Auditing * Facilities - PPE / Work Wear * Furniture * House Builders / Property Developers * IT Consultancy * IT Hardware * IT Re-sellers * Mailing Out Services * Mobile Phones / Telecommunications * Software Products & Associated Services * Tree Surveying (including provision of Software) * Arboriculture * Warden Call & Telecare * Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) * Demolition * Electric Entry Systems - Personal and Vehicular * Fire Safety * Planning Consultancy * Road & Sewer Adoption * Cleaning including Window Cleaning * Damp & Mould * Drainage * Fencing * Flooring * Grounds Maintenance * Pest Control * Responsive Minor Works & Services * Security Services * Specialist Minor Repair Services * Ventilation The procurement documentation can be accessed without charge via https://procontract.due-north.com All communication must be made through the Proactis messaging portal.
