Watford Community Housing is seeking Tenders from suitably skilled and experienced suppliers for the provision of Development works and services under this four-year, multi-lot framework. Lot 1 is for Development projects up to the value of £5m. The framework is to operate across Herts, Beds, Bucks and the surrounding Home Counties/London Boroughs and will be open to all UK public sector bodies to access via an Access Agreement between WCH, the supplier and Pretium Frameworks Ltd, who WCH has appointed to administer the framework on their behalf. Additional information: Lot 1 is envisaged to be particularly suitable for SME Contractors.
